Insert the wheel hub assembly into the shelves, then into the bottom of the lower and upper shelves. Ensure the shaft is secure in the mounting plate and adjust the shelves to your convenience. The package includes 2 Full-Circle shelves with an adjustable telescoping shaft and installation hardware.
